El curso de Asamblea General Ordinaria Anual capacita a las cooperativas para cumplir correctamente con su obligación legal de realizar y documentar la asamblea conforme a la Ley General de Cooperativas, su Reglamento, los Estatutos y los requerimientos de INACOP.
A través de una metodología práctica, las y los participantes aprenden a planificar, convocar, conducir y documentar la asamblea, redactar actas válidas y elaborar el expediente final para su entrega en INACOP. Este proceso fortalece la gestión interna de la cooperativa y garantiza el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones legales y estatutarias.

Obtendrás el certificado de reconocimiento al haber completado satisfactoriamente las actividades prácticas del curso, haber asistido y participado activamente en todas las sesiones, y haber completado, validado y presentado la documentación para la Asamblea General.

Este curso ofrece a los órganos sociales de las cooperativas (Asamblea General, Consejo de Administración, Comisión de Vigilancia) una guía paso a paso para cumplir con la obligación anual de realizar la Asamblea General Ordinaria y presentar la documentación en INACOP. A través de sesiones prácticas se abordarán desde la planificación, convocatoria y conducción de la asamblea hasta la redacción del acta y la integración del expediente.

The course is completely free of charge and no fee is required. The scholarship is provided by the USDA and USAID to participate in CBS training programs. To obtain a scholarship, simply apply to the scholarship program available.

What are the requirements to receive a scholarship?
Generally, to apply for a scholarship, you must complete an application form provided during the registration process or in case you’re already registered in the CBS platform you can click on the “Request classroom access” in every course page, just make sure you’re logged in to see it. To be eligible, you must be registered on the CBS platform.
Are there any restrictions to participate in the course?
In most cases, there are no restrictions, unless the course is geared towards a specialized subject, such as accounting, agriculture, commerce, etc.
How long does the course last?
